Ordering with us requires that you have an account with us. Please be assured that we will only use the information collected for matters pertaining to Sparkle Thots. Your information is NEVER sold or exchanged. Having an account with us allows you to keep a record of all your orders, have the latest information on private sales, discounts and birthday privileges. We are proud to be Singaporean. All prices shown / transactions are dealt in SGD. All other currencies shown via the automatic currency converter are estimates. Paypal will process your order and do the necessary conversions, at the prevailing exchange rates. All orders are shipped within 3 working days of receipt of payment. Local buyers paying via interbank funds transfer, please allow for time for the funds to clear. Purchases are packed in bubble lined envelopes to prevent damage during shipping. Packages are sent only via Singpost registered mail service which requires a signature on receipt. Do contact us if you require expedited delivery. Relevant surcharges apply.
Payment is expected within 3 working days of placement of the order. Please contact us to reserve items if you require more time. Reservations will be honoured for one week. We accept payment via credit cards (securely handled by Paypal) and Paypal funds transfer. We do not process or keep records of your confidential information. Singapore customers have the added option of paying via local bank transfer. If this mode of payment is selected, please allow for additional time for funds to clear. Please note that all payment will be collected in Singapore Dollars.

Approximate shipping times
All packages will be shipped out via Singpost registered mail service, requiring a signature upon receipt. Please allow for up to 3 weeks for international delivery. Custom clearance may result in delays. ** Please note :: all international customers are responsible for any customs, duties and / or taxes associated with their purchases. Sparkle Thots would not be liable for any charges incurred.**
From time to time, we will give out discount codes. They can be used to offset from your order total. Enter your code at the 'discount coupon' field on check out.
Gift certificates are available in store for gifting needs. Please see the Gift Certificate FAQ for more information.
We do not have a refund policy. Please read all product description carefully. We take great effort to ensure that all products are as accurately protrayed as possible. We do not accept goods returned if not damaged or spoilt. Please contact us upon receipt of package in the event that the item was wrongly sent or damaged during shipping. We will arrange for an exchange (if product is still in stock) or gift voucher. Shipping charges will be refunded only if it was a mistake on our part.
MISSING PACKAGES / DAMAGED GOODS Please allow 3 weeks for international deliveries and 7 days for Singapore orders before contacting us with regards to missing packages. An enquiry will be filed with Singpost and the corresponding postal agency (if applicable) as to the status of the package. Do note that the processing time can take as long as 3 months. Once a package leaves our hands, it is very difficult to control where it went. In the event of returned mail due to wrongly entered addresses, we will be able to re-ship your package as soon as you are able to confirm the correct address. Additional shipping charges are to be borne by the customer. In the unlikely event that a package arrives with good damaged, contact us immediately. |
