How was your Valentine’s? This lil blogpost over at Oh, Hello Friend should charm you. And well, maybe inspire you for the next special day coming up. And it really doesn’t have to be for a special guy. It could be for a best friend… or a child. Sweet really!

ps: works well for a wedding / baby shower don’t you think?

For the baking enthusiast, this looks like a pretty cool contraption to have in the kitchen. Designed to make any letter or alphabet, this may just be the easy way out. No more cutting away at a rectangular cake to ‘reshape’ it … and hopefully, less wastage.

Pan is made of aluminium. More details, and available for sale at Fresh Finds.

Ok… again, this is technically not a DIY project but tell me you aren’t eager to cook up a batch of hard boiled eggs just to try this trick!

I thought this set of kitchen utensils was kind of fun! Made of food safe silicon, they are a fun way to brighten up your kitchen area. Designed for kids but you might just want to keep them for yourself. :P

Find Mondays difficult to get by? Maybe this clock will help!

Seen via Chic and Charming, the chococlock makes the passing time seem more fun, and would probably have you seated at your desk on the hour.

Pour chocolates into the clock and wait for it to dispense one nugget on the hour. Of course, you could always cheat by pressing the cheat button but that might do you in. How else to make the time pass by more quickly?

This week, we are going to discover the inner kid. You know the one you packed up when you turned 18? It is waiting to come out. Or if you don’t want to be seen as a big kid, pretend its for the baby / cousin / friend /… anyone.

Whilst looking for the images to feature in i *heart* button bouquets, I found this recipe! What a random find but these cookies are cute as a button. So this weekend, find yourself DIY-ing in the kitchen.

And don’t you think they’d look great as party favours? I’d sure love to receive some. For a wedding, choose your theme colours and maybe, just maybe, you might want to make them in the shape of heart buttons.

1. I heart cupcakes tee, 2. BE MINE candy heart cupcake ;D, 3. valentines day cupcakes, 4. Cuties, 5. Cupcake Couple, 6. Eat Something Cute, 7. Sweethearts, 8. I ♥ YOU, 9. Heart Cupcake, 10. Green Tea Cupcake Love (with heart shaped decorations), 11. Valentine’s Day Cupcakes, 12. Want a cupcake?, 13. strawberry dream_cupcake

I love cupcakes. All the frosting and decoration. However they are almost always too precious to be eaten. Could you bear to eat these lovelies? After all the hard work, perhaps it is better to sit and stare. Then again, the cupcakes would go bad!

I was browsing through Trunkt when I stumbled upon Beehive Kitchenware. My my, what a treasure! I think you can just see why. I love the Heart Pancake Spatula (bottom left corner) the most but everything really is vying for that top spot. Browse their site for more lovelies.
