Hello! I’m Ruth and am the one woman show behind Sparkle Thots the shop and this blog. The blog is constantly evolving, and right now, it’s a showcase of the lil bits and pieces that have caught my eye. I manage a jewelry shop and a try to keep a tiny household going.

I dream of funfilled days, going about town, shooting on impulse on both the digital camera (an olympus E-PL2) and old school film (golden half, Superheadz UWS, Diana Mini). But more often than not, I’m on instagram (sparklethots).

In 2013, I embark on a personal mission to complete Project Life and 52 weeks of Portrait. Join me as I attempt to challenge myself beyond my comfort zone. And craft all sorts of things.

Sparkle Thots is based out of a small home studio in sunny Singapore.
