The needlepoint lace creations by Dorie Millerson intrigued me. Especially this one featuring a suspended bridge. The play of light (and shadow) adds so much more to the piece! Not to mention the intricate detailing of it. I’d go blind. Or nuts. Whichever comes first.

Sorry for the lack of updates. We have been really really busy. We were kept busy packing orders (still are! but do keep them coming!) for the last couple of weeks. Especially more so since our Ribbons ring was featured on Etsy and our preview sale for Twitter, Facebook and mailing list fans launched on Monday.
Now we are throwing the sale wide open. You see, after 2.5 years in business, we are ready for a major system overhaul. We’re going to change things around on the backend and need your help to clear our inventory. To minimise problems during the transition, we are clearing stock. Less to move, less to worry about!

Ribbons ring was featured in the Etsy Stocking Stuffer holiday guide! Too bad I was out and did not manage to catch it in real life. But on the plus side, it meant more hits and more sales.
Off now to handwrap, twist, shape and hammer away at the rings. The first round of packages have been sent out. Another shipment tomorrow! I really wish I could ship myself along with the orders. They are going places … Australia, Brazil, France, Latvia, Malaysia and United States. *wistful sigh*
