it is beginning to feel like Christmas

I know it is too early for a DIY Weekend but I hope you’d forgive me for this post. I stumbled upon this craft through a convoluted way (from flickr to another site to another and then Martha!) but it is no less sparkly. It makes for a great way to use the Christmas lights and keep them up for just a bit longer.

I was thinking how cool it would be to have a couple of these hanging from the ceiling though I am not too sure whether I’d think the same when the utility bill comes along. In any case, basic instructions can be found at Martha and a slight variation at CasaSugar.

    I never thought of hanging it on the ceiling-cool idea! I did this project last year and incorporated just a bit of extra fine glitter into the paint for more sparkle!

    And thanks tons for letting me know about the correct credit on the printable tags! I was so smitten drooling over the design I didn’t even notice!
